Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 cats per home.
Limit of 2 small breed dogs or 1 large breed dog per home.
Breed restrictions apply.
Cat deposit is $350 for 1 and $450 for 2.
Monthly cat rent of $50 will be charged for 1, and $75 for 2.
Dog deposit starts at $450 for adult dogs up to 30 pounds, and $550 for adult dogs over 31 pounds.
Monthly dog rent of $100 will be charged for adult dogs up to 30 pounds and $175 for adult dogs over 31 pounds.

A dog reference letter is required from current or previous landlord.
